1. General Terms of Use

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who hold a single verified account in good standing. Players who have previously self-excluded or requested account closure are not eligible to claim bonuses. ak444com reserves the right to decline a bonus claim or withdraw a bonus at any time if eligibility conditions are not fully satisfied.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means that the player must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Bonus Abuse

5.5 Maximum Bonus Withdrawal

Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, a maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. Winnings exceeding the maximum withdrawal cap will be removed from the account balance at the point of withdrawal.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where ak444com determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, the platform reserves the right to: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void any pending bets or transactions; forfeit the entire account balance, including any winnings; and report the matter to the relevant authorities. The exercise of these rights does not limit any other legal remedies available to ak444com.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure that results in the crediting of incorrect amounts — whether as a deposit, a winning payout, a bonus, or otherwise — ak444com reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any erroneously credited amounts. Players do not have a right to retain amounts credited as a result of a technical error.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

ak444com reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the player has breached these Terms or where it is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, the interests of other players, or the platform's legal or regulatory obligations.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ak444com account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, ak444com will process any outstanding withdrawal of your remaining verified balance in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Accounts that are closed voluntarily remain subject to the terms of these Terms with respect to any activity that occurred prior to closure.

7.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

Where an account is suspended or closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, ak444com reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.

7.3 Self-Exclusion
